The plaza creates a connection between 42nd and 41st Street. The triangulation concept is based and inspired upon typical pedestrian traffic. Therefore the main paths have been positioned along the shortest connection routes with the highest traffic, creating areas for rest and art contemplation on the more quiet zones. From the plaza the 1095 tower-lobby as well as a new retail pavilion with restaurant and outdoor cafeteria will be accessible.
