Commercial development: New Bond Street (Central London)
ARQUINAUT conducted a feasability study as well as redevelopment valuation of two commercial buildings (total 11,800 sf) on New Bond Street in collaboration with the Mayfair based property asset management firm Propam, analysing the potential for a change of use (office to residential) from an architectural as well as legal/regulations point of view.

Mixed Use development: Mornington Crescent (Central London)
ARQUINAUT is zoning and technical consultant as well as project architect/manager for a new mixed use development at the start of Camden High Street. The project, consisting of two commercial units and 8 flats, will be inaugurated at the end of March.
