As an internationally experienced architect, designer and real estate consultant, Gregory has over 10 years of practice in the commercial as well as residential development field, designing, directing and managing global high profile projects up to 53,000,000 sf.

He has worked for several world-renowned firms such as Archi-Tectonics and Gensler. Amongst his clients are firms like The Blackstone Group, Hines, Tishman, CBRE, and the fashion label Forever 21. He has collaborated with the MIT research centre, Bauhaus in Weimar, Jones Lang LaSalle, Cushman & Wakefield to mention a few.

He has a MSc in Real Estate from Cass Business School in London (where he was awarded the Santander Bank Scholarship) as well as a Dipl-Ing. in Architecture from the Technical University Darmstadt and a MSc in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University in New York (where he was awarded the DAAD Full Scholarship). This comprehensive education makes him a well-rounded property professional with a vision for innovative concepts and solutions.

Moreover his multicultural background, his fluency in English, German, Spanish and Italian, excellent presentation as well as interpersonal skills enable him to establish and maintain international client relationships with ease.

Gregory’s architectural projects and design studies have won several competitions and have been published in well respected international magazines.
