The project consisted in the repositioning of one of the Grand Central area's 47 story high premier office buildings into a highly desirable Class-A property. The focal point of the improvements was the new designed grand lobby as well as a newly retail facade and interiors. The improvement programme also included a complete restoration of the art deco era ornate facade and the redesign of several office floors.
