The building complex is split by a central roadway axis facing west-ward towards the pyramids of Giza dividing the development into one office tower and a hotel tower. The u-shaped base around the urban plaza contains retail space and a conference centre. The plaza interconnects the pedestrian and vehicular circulation on different levels. It becomes a hub space between office tenants, hotel and conference centre guests as well as retail customers.
