The project consisted in the repositioning of a 42-storey/152m high office skyscraper from the late 60s into a highly desirable Class-A property. To enhance the image of the building a new modern and efficient facade system with bigger window panels was developed to replace the outworn facade, further increasing the value of the space. To avoid a mayor rent out-fall a system had to be developed allowing the facade renewal to work with the tenant in place.
