The project consists of 7 generous units, urban villas rather than lofts. The rear facade features terraces and sun-rooms. The interior and exterior spaces flow seamlessly into each other with stone surfaces separated only by glass panels. The street facade consists of glass, stone and translucent stone panels. The materials allow the facade to constantly change; the translucent stone glows by day in the interior, while by night on the exterior.
